1. Where exactly are the seats located?
All tickets purchased for the Elle’s Lounge VIP Experience will be orchestra seats. While we can’t confirm the exact row and seat number until you purchase, we can tell you these are some of the best seats in the theater!

You receive a souvenir program and various products from our sponsors. Plus, you get the specially designed bag only available to VIP Experience attendees.
3. Can I have an alcoholic drink as my complimentary intermission beverage?
Yes as long as you are 21 or older! The coupon you receive for a complimentary beverage is valid for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
4. How long will the talkback last?
The talkback usually last about 15 minutes and commences immediately after the curtain call, in the theater.
5. What actors will be at the talkback? Will I get to meet the actress playing Elle Woods?
Actor appearances are based on availability and specific cast members can not be confirmed or guaranteed. While we can not promise the actress playing Elle Woods will attend your talkback, we will do our best!
6. I know there will be an official photographer, but can we take our own pictures too?
Of course! You may take pictures throughout the day, except during the show.
7. How do I get my tickets? Will they be mailed to me?
You do not have to worry about your tickets. You Elle’s Lounge Hostess will have them with her when you meet up before the show.
8. I have a ticket discount code I found online. Can this be applied to the Elle’s Lounge VIP Experience?
No. No discounts can be applied to the ticket price.
9. I want to have the experience, but I can’t attend on the listed dates. Are there other days available?
As of right now, the VIP Experience is only available on the dates listed. But keep checking back as we plan to add additional dates beyond August.

12. What subway do I take to the Palace Theater?
Because the theater is in Times Square, you can take almost any train.
- Take the N,R,Q, or W to 49th Street. Exit at 47th Street.
- Take the 1,2,3,7,N,R,Q,W & S to 42nd Street and walk 5 blocks North on Broadway to the Palace Theatre.
- Take the A,C,&E trains to 42nd street and 8th Ave. Exit on 44th Street and walk East 2 avenues to Broadway. Then head North 3 blocks to the Palace Theatre.
- Take the C or E train to 50th Street. Walk East 2 avenues to Broadway. Then head South 3 blocks to the Palace Theatre.
- Take the B,D,F, & V trains to 47-50th Street/Rockefeller Center. Exit at 6th Ave and walk West to Broadway.
